                             RESOLUTION NO.   21095 
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF
                   FOUR (4) FIRE HYDRANTS AND TWO THOUSAND
                   (2,000) FEET OF WATER MAIN FOR PUBLIC FIRE
                   PROTECTION AT LOCATIONS MORE PARTICULARLY
                   DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF
                   THE TARIFF THEREFOR.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       acceptance of four (4) fire hydrants and two thousand (2,000) 
feet
       of water main for public fire protection located as follows:
       	    One (1) fire hydrant located in front of 1710 Ichabod Circle 

                 (no main charge)
      
       	    One (1) fire hydrant located on Winthrop Street across from
                 1009 Winthrop Street (using approximately 550 feet of
                 alloted main)
      
       	    One (1) fire hydrant located on Mt. Vernon Circle (no main
                 charge)
      
       	    One (1) fire hydrant located at 4617 Skyview Drive (no main
                 charge)
      
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that payment of the tariff to
       the Tennessee-American Water Company be and is hereby authorized.
